How Montage PRO handles the data sent through the request form.

What we collect
When you fill in the request form we receive your name, company name, phone number, email, the project details and any files you attach. When you write or call us we process what you share with us.
Why
To answer your request, prepare a quote and discuss working together. This is a step taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to communicate and quote, and no longer than 2 years if no contract follows. If we sign a contract we keep the data for as long as the law requires.
Who receives it
Requests are delivered to our mailbox through an email delivery service, and the website is run by a hosting provider. These providers may process data outside the European Union under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell your data or share it with others for marketing.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or visitor analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Write to info@montagepro.lv. You may also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
